Shipping policy
Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame, Shipping times is based on what shipping speed you choose at check out, That time frame will start when you receive a shipping notification along with tracking number. Turn around time is 5-7 business days on all products unless stated otherwise it DOES NOT include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim also if you need help within filing a claim feel free to email us at RustToShineCo@gmail.com We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. RustToShineCo is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
